Gide advised the sellers, including Five Arrows Principal Investments, in the sale of Harvest Group, leader in software and digital solutions for the wealth management industry, to a consortium formed by TA Associates Management and Montagu Private Equity.
The Gide team was led by Charles de Reals, partner, with Corentin Charlès, counsel and Anaïs Roudel, Manon Garoui and Ginevra Martucci associates, for corporate/M&A aspects, and accompanied by Magali Buchert, partner and Charles Ghuysen, associate for tax law aspects, as well as the financing, labor law, regulatory, IT/privacy, intellectual property, insurance, compliance/litigation and real estate teams.
Harvest's management was advised by Claris Avocats while TA Associates Management was advised by Latham & Watkins, and Montagu Private Equity was advised by Weil Gotshal.
