Gide assisted Air France-KLM in connection with an issue of €650 million senior notes. The issue was carried out under the Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme of Air France-KLM and the notes have been listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.

Concurrently, Gide advised Air France-KLM in connection with a tender offer initiated by Air France-KLM on two series of notes for an amount of EUR452.7 milllion.

Gide’s team was led by partner Laurent Vincent, assisted by Louis Ravaud, counsel, Emilie Radisson and Bianca Nitu, associates.
