Louis Ravaud is Counsel in the "Capital Markets" team at Gide's Paris office.

He advises French and foreign arrangers and issuers on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including debt securities (bonds, MTNs, TCNs, Euro PP), equity securities (IPOs, capital increases, etc.) and securities giving access to capital. He also advises on a wide range of transactional and regulatory issues relating to derivative transactions.

Louis has worked on a wide range of capital market transactions, including green and sustainability-linked bond issues, structured issues for banks and insurance companies, high-yield issues and liability management transactions, as well as issues of equity or equity-linked securities for biotechs and corporate issuers. He has also advised on the negotiation of master agreements for the hedging of structured financing and the restructuring of derivative transactions.

Louis Ravaud holds a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Panthéon-Assas. Louis was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017.
