Chiomenti and Gide counsel to Kering on the acquisition of an iconic building via Monte Napoleone in Milan

Chiomenti and Gide have together advised Kering on the acquisition of the company owning the iconic and historic Milanese building on via Monte Napoleone 8, for a consideration of approximately €1.3 billion, from a subsidiary of Blackstone Property Partners Europe.

Chiomenti’s team comprised partners Umberto Borzi, Giuseppe Andrea Giannantonio and Paolo Fedele, senior associate Alessandro Giacosa and counsel Giulia Bighignoli.

Gide’s team comprised partners Frédéric Nouel and Laurent Modave and Counsel Pierre-Adrien Vibert.  

Blackstone was advised by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and PedersoliGattai.
