Emma is a member of the Paris Bar since 2023 and is part of the Intellectual Property, Telecommunications, Media & Technology practice group. She advises and assists French and international clients on issues of industrial property (patents, trademarks, designs), copyright, unfair competition and free-riding.
Emma holds a Master 2 in Intellectual Property from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Prior to joining Gide Loyrette Nouel, Emma gained experience with French and international law firms specialized in intellectual property.
She is fluent in English and French.
