Emma Lucas is an associate in Gide's Intellectual Property team in Paris.
She advises and assists French and international clients on issues of industrial property (patents, trademarks, designs), copyright, unfair competition and free-riding.
Emma holds a Master 2 in Industrial and Artistic Property from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
