Quentin Vreulx is an associate in Criminal and Commercial Litigation and Financial Services practices of Gide, specialising in contentious regulatory matters.
In this context, he advises financial institutions such as banks, investment firms and other financial sector professionals in connection with all aspects of complex investigations and litigations before French and European regulatory bodies (AMF, ACPR, ECB, ESMA), from the initial identification of a potential problem, through the different stages of the investigation process, to the representation of clients in front of the regulators decision making committees, as well as before civil, commercial and criminal courts.
Quentin also assists French and foreign financial institutions on the regulatory aspects of their activities (MiFID, MAR, AML...).
Quentin is graduated from the Sorbonne Law School - University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Double bachelor degree in law and economics, LLM in financial law) as well as from the Business Law Institute of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas
Alongside his work as a lawyer, he teaches stock exchange law at the Sorbonne Law School while preparing a doctoral thesis on the French securities and market authority's settlement proceeding.
