Quentin Vreulx

Quentin Vreulx is an associate in the "Criminal and Commercial Litigation" and "Financial Services" teams at Gide Paris.
He advises French and international financial institutions before the French and European regulatory authorities on all their litigation and pre-litigation issues (investigations, inspections and home visits, sanction and settlement procedures, appeals), as well as more broadly before the civil, commercial and criminal courts. Quentin also advises French and foreign financial institutions on the regulatory aspects of their activities, particularly in the asset management sector.
Quentin has recently been involved in defending a number of asset management companies during inspections by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) into their compliance with professional obligations. He represented them in negotiations leading to settlements with the regulator. Alongside his professional activities, Quentin is a regular contributor to legal journals and teaches financial law, while preparing a doctoral thesis.
After joining Gide in 2018, Quentin practised between 2020 and 2022 in an international law firm in Luxembourg. He is a graduate of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.
