Gide has advised coliving specialised French start-up Colonies on the conclusion of a partnership with alternative investment fund Ares Management, to acquire, renovate and lease 2,000 extra accommodation units in major European cities. The end objective is to house over 10,000 young professionals in shared accommodation.
Gide's team comprised partner Bertrand Oldra and counsel Etienne Chesneau, both members of the firm's Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group.
