Member of the Paris Bar since 2020, Léa Couturier is an associate in the Public Law, Energy & Environment practice line of Gide Loyrette Nouel since 2021, and works mainly in public real estate law.
She assists public entities and private operators in the development and implementation of their complex real estate projects in various sectors of activity, in terms of urban planning and development (analysis of the legal feasibility of the operation, development of the urban planning document, audit of urban planning and commercial planning authorisations).
She also represents these operators before the administrative courts throughout France.
Léa holds a Master's degree in Public Economic Law and a Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2016 and 2017), as well as a diploma from the Institut de Droit Public des Affaires (2019).
