Léa Couturier is an associate in the "Public Law, Energy & Environment" team at Gide Paris. She specialises in town planning law and public property law.

She assists public and private operators with the development and implementation of their property projects (commercial buildings, retail complexes, sports facilities, warehouses, coliving residences) in terms of town planning and development (analysis of the feasibility of the operation, changes to town planning documents). She also advises on public contracts (complex real estate packages, public domain rights). She represents these operators before the administrative courts throughout France.

Léa is assisting PSG Football Club with the construction of its new training centre in the Paris suburbs. Her work consists in studying the conformity of the options envisaged for the development of the project with the local town planning document, defining the necessary authorisations and administrative procedures and suggesting an optimised operational timetable. Léa also recently represented the interests of a developer before the Administrative Court in defence of the town planning authorisations granted for the redevelopment of a luxury hotel in Courchevel.

Léa holds a Master's degree in Public Economic Law and a Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, as well as a diploma from the Institut de Droit Public des Affaires. Léa was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
