Gide has advised the French State on the disposal of Vale Nouvelle Calédonie, operating a mining complex in New Caledonia, by Groupe Vale to the Prony Ressources consortium (financial and industrial partners, and local players). This transaction received the State's support in an amount of EUR 500 million, in particular as a loan and guarantee.
