Gide has advised Crédit Agricole CIB, as Arranger, Lender and Agent, and Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Paris et d'Ile de France as Arranger and Lender, on setting up a five-year EUR 150 million solidarity-based revolving credit line for Icade.
This financing includes a mechanism whereby both banks waive part of their remuneration. These funds, combined with those donated by Icade for the same amount, will be allocated to research on Covid-19 vaccines carried out by Institut Pasteur.
