Sacha Najafi is an associate within Gide's tax law practice group, which he joined in 2017. He works on the French and international taxation of companies and individuals. His main fields of expertise are structuring real estate investments, real estate taxation, investment fund taxation and restructuring transactions. He also advises companies and individuals on tax audits and disputes.
Sacha holds a Master's degree in business law and taxation, and a corporate law legal advisor diploma (DJCE) from the University of Bordeaux (2014), as well as specialised studies certificate in tax law from the University of Montpellier.
He speaks French, English and Farsi.
