Sacha Najafi is Counsel in the Tax team at Gide's Paris office.

His practice focuses on transactional and international taxation. His areas of expertise include the structuring of real estate investments, real estate taxation, the taxation of investment funds and restructuring operations. He also advises companies and individuals on tax audits and disputes.

Sacha recently advised Roquette Frères on its inaugural issues of senior and hybrid bonds totalling €1.2 billion. He assisted B & Capital in its acquisition of a minority stake in Neoptim Consulting. He regularly assists Ofi Invest and Sisley in the acquisition of real estate assets. Sacha advised DIF Capital Partners on its investment in French electric vehicle recharging operator Bump. He assisted Siparex with the creation of a mezzanine private equity fund.

Sacha holds a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law and a DJCE from the University of Bordeaux, as well as a certificate of specialised studies in tax law from the University of Montpellier.He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2018 and is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
