Leading legal publisher LexisNexis publishes the second edition of the « Code de l’Energie ». Commented under the supervision of Gide partner Michel Guénaire, this code brings together in a single work all texts pertaining to energy law.
Just like the first edition published in 2013, the 2017 “Code de l’Energie” includes an official legislative section, updated with related case-law, and a regulatory section whose publication in the Official Journal of 31 December 2015 made it possible to complete the energy law codifying work.
"Energy law has undergone deep transformation, in particular with the law on energy transition (LTE). It became essential that legal practitioners, students and users, have access to an updated code. This edition of the “Code de l’Energie” was published for this reason. It includes a regulatory section that is newly codified, and recent LTE implementing provisions. It will be very useful in major and current questions on energy challenges", observes Michel Guénaire. Click here to find out more.
