Gide advises Swiss Life REIM (France) on the acquisition of a portfolio of 26 hotels

Gide has advised Swiss Life REIM (France), a member of the Swiss Life Group specialised in real-estate asset management for third parties, on the acquisition of a portfolio of 26 hotels in France.

The hotels are mainly operated under various brands of the Louvre Hotels Group, Europe's second largest hotel group, such as Campanile, Première Classe and Kyriad.
