Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, Bastien Raisse specialises in international capital markets. He acts for the industry's most active arrangers and issuers on a wide range of capital markets transactions, mainly on debt securities (bonds, EMTN, commercial paper) with a particular emphasis on structured or innovative products and operations (Euro PP, subordinated securities, covered bonds, security tokens, restructurings, high yield, buy-backs) as well as on equity securities.
Bastien graduated from Paris XI - ESCP Europe University with a Master's Degree in financial law, and now lectures regularly in banking and finance law within Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Sciences Po Paris universities at Master's degree level. He joined the International Capital Markets team in 2011 after spending more than a year in a major UK law firm.
