Gide advised CNP Assurances on the first issuance of its EUR 500 million subordinated Tier 2 sustainable notes admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
The funds raised through this operation will be exclusively used to finance or re-finance, in part or in full, new and/or existing eligible Sustainable assets (Green and/or Social) as set out and defined in CNP Assurances' Sustainability Bond Framework available on its website.
Gide's team included partner Hubert du Vignaux, counsel Bastien Raisse and associate Shanna Kim.
The joint lead managers were advised by Allen & Overy Paris.
