Lawyers from the Real Estate Department at Gide Warsaw advised Yareal in the sale of two office buildings forming the Neopark campus complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district to a French fund managed by Amundi Real Estate.
The Neopark complex consists of two modern office buildings with a total area of 24,000 sqm of A-class office space.
Lawyers from Gide Warsaw have been advising Yareal for many years on a large number of real estate transactions. The team in this transaction was led by counsel Błażej Czwarnok, assisted by Rafał Osetek and Agnieszka Dąbrowska – associates in the Real Estate Department.
