The Private Equity Exchange & Awards (PEX), organised by Leaders League and of which Gide is a leading partner, is a major private equity event that brings together every year more than 100 speakers around the sector's main players.

This 20th edition will take place on Tuesday 30 November from 8 a.m. at the Pavillon d'Armenonville, 1 allée de Longchamp - 75116 Paris.

Our lawyers will be present to discuss various topics:

  • 9.30 to 10.20 a.m.: "Jumbo Deals: Handling Blockbuster International Transactions", with partner Olivier Diaz.
  • 11.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.: "Tech Buy-Outs: Buying & Building Tomorrow's Champions", with partner Antoine de la Gatinais.
  • 11.30 a.m. to 12.20 p.m.: "The Sponsor / Management Alliance: Best Levers for Good Leavers", with partner Caroline Lan.
