Gide advised a bank syndicate composed of BNP Paribas and Natixis in connection with Groupama's tender offer relating to its perpetual senior subordinated notes issued in 2014 for an amount of EUR 1.1 billion. The tender offer expired on 7 October 2022, for a final acceptance amount of EUR 228.9 million. This transaction contributes to the proactive management of Groupama's capital structure.
