Gide advised Assurances Crédit Mutuel Nord Vie on the issuance of its € 150 million subordinated notes due 2024, admitted to trading on the Euronext Paris market and Allen & Overy Paris advised BNP Paribas as arranger.
This operation is the first listed bond issuance by Assurances Crédit Mutuel Nord Vie.
