Gide advised CNP Assurances on the issuance of Tier 2 subordinated green bonds for an amount of EUR 750 million due 2050; admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
The proceeds of the issuance will be used to finance, within two years, the real estate green sectors, green infrastructures and sustainable forests.
Gide is delighted to be able to contribute to this major transaction which reflects the growing importance of the green economy.
