In connection with the merger of Vigie (ex-Suez) into Veolia Environnement, the holders of 14 series of notes previously issued by Suez were invited to consent and have successfully consented to the merger and, for certain series of notes only, to certain amendments to their terms and conditions.
This consent solicitation which covered fourteen series of notes including two series of hybrid notes for a total amount of more than 5 billion euros is one of the most important carried out on the French market.
The success of this consent solicitation took place in the context of the merger of Vigie (ex-Suez) into Veolia Environnement in order to create a World Champion in Ecological Transformation.
