The notes are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
The Sustainability Performance Targets (SPTs) used by Orange for these notes are (i) the objective to reduce its absolute scopes 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 45% by 2030 in the digital segment and (ii) the objective to reach 6 million external beneficiaries of digital support and trainings over the 2021-2030 period. If these targets are not achieved on the relevant Target Observation Date (TOD), the coupon of the notes will be increased by an interest step-up.
The Gide team was composed of Laurent Vincent, partner, assisted by Emilie Radisson and Noëmie Mokalamba Kabamba, associates.
