Gide has assisted Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage, group Vinci and group Eiffage on finalising the project to extend the Prado Carénage tunnel concession.
This project, entrusted by the Aix Marseille Provence metropolis as part of a concession amendment signed in 2017, covers the financing and creation of a new access road to the Prado Carénage tunnel via Schlœsing boulevard.
The EUR 60.5 million financing is provided by Banque Postale, Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC, CaixaBank and Natixis, acting as lenders and/or hedge banks.
Gide had already assisted Prado Sud on the EUR 117.6 million refinancing of the Prado Sud tunnel concession in September 2018, with the same financial parties.
