Gide's Real Estate practice group has advised Orpea Polska on its latest project: the acquisition of the company operating the elderly care home Dąbrówka Residence in Warsaw.
The scope of advice included all legal issues involved in the transaction, starting from a legal due diligence investigation of the company, the real estate and the investment process, through negotiations and the conclusion of a preliminary agreement with the existing shareholders, and supervision over the implementation of the terms of the agreement, to negotiations and the conclusion of the final agreement closing the transaction. The Dąbrówka Residence is one of the first senior care facilities in Poland to offer such a high standard of care. The facility presently offers 135 places and will welcome its first patients as early as in January 2019.
