Gide has advised the partners of Coorpacademy, an innovative online learning platform, as part of its sale to Go1, one of the largest corporate education content hubs in the world.
With offices in France and Switzerland, Coorpacademy will support the growth plans of Go1 for Europe, thus growing its corporate learning market and its digital learning and education resource offers.
Gide's team comprised partner David-James Sebag, working with counsel Paul Jourdan-Nayrac and associate Marie-Sophie Chevreteau on corporate aspects, as well as partner Paul de France on tax matters, and partner Foulques de Rostolan on employment law matters.
