Gide has advised the executive team of Odealim as part of the investment agreement between Ardian and TA Associates to become co-controlling shareholders of Odealim.
Headed by CEO Xavier Saubestre and Director General Xavier Paturel, Odealim is a reference player in France on real estate insurance and financing. It brings together several brokerage firms, which all specialise in the insurance or financing of property and construction. The group currently posts a turnover of EUR 160 million.
The Gide team comprises partner Jean-François Louit, working with counsel Vincenzo Feldmann and associate Alice Godeberge on M&A / Corporate aspects; partner Paul de France and associate Charles Ghuysen on tax aspects.
The executive team was also advised by Callisto (Vincent Aymé, Guillaume Bodart and Ludovic Martin) on financial aspects.
