The Gide Banking & Finance (Banking & Credit - Structured Finance) practice group has advised the lenders on a senior and super senior financing in connection with the acquisition of Novétude Santé, a French group specialising in the training of healthcare professionals, by the investment fund Charterhouse Capital Partners.
