Gide counsel to the bank syndicate on the issuance of Tier 3 subordinated green notes due 2028 by Groupama Assurances Mutuelles

Gide advised the bank syndicate led by J.P. Morgan and composed of Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC, Natixis and Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking on the issuance of Tier 3 subordinated green notes by Groupama Assurances Mutuelles for an amount of €500,000,000 due 2028. The notes are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
