Gide advised the agro-industrial group Avril, active in the oilseed products and animal activities sectors, on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Soufflet Alimentaire, a company specializing in the packaging and marketing of rice, dried vegetables, cereals, seeds and gluten-free flours.
The transaction is part of Avril's diversification strategy, aimed at developing its range of food solutions based on plant processing.
Gide was in charge of the notification of the transaction to the French Competition Authority, which authorized it without any commitment or condition.
