Gide has advised Swiss Life Asset Managers, Real Estate France, on the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of 10 hotels located in Germany and operated under Ibis, Mercure, Indigo and Best Western brands, from LFPI Hôtels FCPI, a fund managed by LFPI Gestion.
