Gide has advised group Primonial on the acquisition de Leemo from group Foncia. A partner of Leemo since 2018, Primonial has acquired assets representing 60% of the share capital, and thus becomes the owner of the entire platform for the referencing of new residential housing.
With this transaction, Primonial intends to further develop the platform that was already upgraded in 2020 with simulation tools, e-management of documents, market statistics and e-signing, to adapt it to its distributors' ever-increasing digitisation needs and the emergence of new uses during the healthcare crisis.
