Gide has advised PAREF Gestion on the acquisition of the "Lumière" portfolio from Diderot Real Estate on behalf of property investment retail fund Interpierre France. This portfolio of 11 assets was acquired for EUR 42 million.
Located in France in major business areas such as Bordeaux, Grenoble, Lyon and Nantes, these assets of offices and logistics cover a total surface area exceeding 40,000 sq.m., with a 99% occupation rate.
Gide's team advising PAREF Gestion on the real estate aspects of this transaction was headed by partner Hugues Moreau, working with counsel Cléopha Thomann and associate Capucine Pélissié.
The purchaser was also assisted by notarial office Oudot & Associés.
