Gide has advised Oxford Properties Group, the real estate branch of Canadian company OMERS, on the acquisition from Olayan Group of 273 rue Saint Honoré in central Paris.
273 rue Saint Honoré is a luxury retail, exhibition and office asset covering approximately 1,430 sq.m., currently fully leased to the Italian luxury brand Valentino.
This acquisition provides Oxford Properties with a strategic entry point into the growing luxury retail market in the French capital and complements its global luxury retail portfolio with assets located in London, New York and Toronto
Gide advised Oxford Properties Group on the corporate and real estate aspects of the transaction with a team led by partner Renaud Baguenault de Puchesse, with partner Alexis Pailleret, counsel Antoine Mary, and associates Chloé Bouhours and Clémence Monteil.
