Law firms Gide and Bredin Prat have advised Oxford Properties Group, the real estate subsidiary of Omers, on its acquisition of “32 Blanche”, a 21,125m² office building located in Paris’ 9th arrondissement. The building was acquired from a real estate fund managed by The Carlyle Group, for approx. 263 million euros.
The Gide team comprised Renaud Baguenault de Puchesse (partner) and Pierre-Adrien Vibert on the real estate aspects, Rémi Tabbagh (partner) and Nicolas Jean on the financing aspects, and Stéphane Puel (partner) and Guillaume Goffin on the regulatory aspects.
The Bredin Prat team comprised Julien Gayral (partner) and Timur Celik on the tax aspects.
