Gide has advised Orange on the off-plan lease for its future headquarters at the “Bridge” complex, located in the southern Paris suburb of Issy-les-Moulineaux.
The building will cover 56,000 sq.m. and will welcome the group’s 3,000 employees at its completion in the summer of 2020.
Gide’s team comprised partner Christopher Szostak and counsel Antoine Mary from the firm’s Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group.
