OpenGate Capital, a global private investment firm, announced that it has acquired Damovo Mexico SA de CV and Damovo Do Brasil SA from the Damovo Group.
Damovo Mexico SA de CV and Damovo Do Brasil SA are leading Internet IP/UC systems integrators with strong domestic platforms and brand recognition.
OpenGate Capital was advised by Gide with a team comprised of partner Guillaume Jolly (Tax), Edgard Nguyen and Rachel Phillips (M&A).
The Damovo Group was advised by Bingham on the legal side and Lazard on the financial side.
