Gide is advising OL Groupe on the proposed sale by its reference shareholders Holnest (Jean-Michel Aulas' holding company), Pathé and IDG Capital of all or part of their stakes in the company to Eagle Football Holdings. This sale would be followed by the subscription by Eagle Football Holdings to a reserved capital increase of OL Groupe, and the filing of a simplified mandatory takeover bid for the company's shares.
The signature of the transaction remains subject to the completion of the information-consultation procedures.
