Agathe Delalande is a Counsel in Gide's "Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions" team in Paris.

She advises listed and unlisted companies and investment funds on their growth operations and corporate governance issues. In particular, she advises on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and stock market law.

For example, Agathe recently worked for Groupe Bruxelles Lambert on the merger between Webhelp (in which GBL was a majority shareholder) and the listed US group Concentrix, for Olympique Lyonnais on its acquisition by Eagle Football, the subsequent takeover bid and the sale of a majority stake in its women's football team, and on a number of takeover bids.

In 2024, Agathe was seconded for four months to a leading English law firm in London. She is a graduate of HEC Paris and Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020.
