Gide has advised Naval Group on the first funding round of Brienne III, launched by ACE Management.
Through this operation, Naval Group has invested in the first French fund dedicated to cybersecurity, alongside Bpifrance, Région Nouvelle Aquitaine, EDF and Sopra Steria. Tikehau Capital, owner of ACE Management, added an extra EUR 40 million to the funds raised in this funding round, bringing to EUR 80 million to total capital raised by this operation.
Brienne III aims to invest in young companies and cover their digital security needs, such as industry 4.0, connected cars and ships, smart grid, e-health, transport, energy transition, IOT etc.
