Gide has advised Millennium Challenge Account-Morocco Agency (MCA-Morocco) as part of implementing the public-private partnership (PPP) for the development, commercialisation and management of two industrial estates in the region of Casablanca-Settat.
This transaction is part of the "Pilot industrial sites" in the "Compact II" cooperation programme financed by the United States government, represented by Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), and whose implementation has been entrusted to MCA-Morocco Agency.
Gide's team comprised partner Wacef Bentaibi, working with counsels Frédéric Pia and Loris Marghieri in Casablanca.
