Gide Warsaw and Gide London have advised KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. on a credit facility agreement in the amount of USD 1.5 billion, signed on 20 December 2019 by an international consortium of banks.
The main financing organisers are: Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., and Santander Bank Polska S.A.
KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. is one of the largest Polish companies and a world leading producer of copper and silver.
