Gide has advised start-up InsideBoard, publisher of the first SaaS AI platform for change management, on raising EUR 25 million in a Series B round led by AXA Venture Partners, with Orange Ventures, ISAI Cap Venture, structured by Alpha Capital Partners UK and with the support of its banking partners, thereby joining their historic fund Entrepreneur Venture, also present during this round.
The funds will enable InsideBoard to boost its expansion, in particular in the United States, its product development, driven by artificial intelligence, and render its advisory partners independent with the upcoming release of a new version of its API.
Gide's team advising InsideBoard was headed by partner Pierre Karpik, working with counsel Paul Jourdan-Nayrac and associate Marc Fournier on Corporate / M&A matters.
