Gide has advised group Primonial, independent leader in wealth management, on acquiring Netinvestissement, the first marketplace for investment solutions in France.
With Netinvestissement, Primonial intends to contribute to the emergence of new solutions centred on the new expectations of investors, thanks to an innovative approach covering the entire customer experience, from information through to subscription and advice.
Founded in 2011, Netinvestissement is a pure-player platform and the leading provider of consumer investment solutions in France. Its model for generating qualified contacts, a first in the wealth management sector, is based on four pillars: (i) powerful natural search engine referencing, (ii) omnichannel communication, (iii) appropriate content strategy, and (iv) a business model based on user experience and customer satisfaction.
