Gide has advised different vehicles of group Crédit Agricole (IDIA Capital Investissement via its vehicles CA Transitions B and LCL Croissance, Carvest, Nord Capital Investissement, Socadif Capital Investissement, Grand Sud-Ouest Capital and Brie Picardie Expansion) on their participation in the fifth funding round of group Paprec, leading recycling company in France and no. 3 in waste management for energy.
Group Crédit Agricole thus joins Paprec's incumbent shareholders Bpifrance, BNPP and Arkéa.
Vauban Infrastructure Partners also used this transaction to invest in group Paprec, thus becoming the second investor alongside the Petithuguenin family, which remains the majority shareholder.
With this new funding round, EUR 326 million of capital increase was completed for 2021 and 2022.
