Gide, counsel to group BNP Paribas on the sale of 47% of the capital of BICIG to the Strategic Investment Fund of Gabon

Gide has advised group BNP Paribas on the sale by BNP Paribas IRB Participations of 47% of the share capital of Banque Internationale pour le Commerce et l'Industrie du Gabon (BICIG) to the Strategic Investment Fund of Gabon.

Gide's team advising BNP Paribas was headed by partner Jean-Gabriel Flandrois, working with associates Ghizlen Sari-Ali and Morgan Maréchal on M&A / corporate aspects.  Project Lawyers was counsel to BNP Paribas on the Gabonese law aspects of the operation, with partner Jean-Pierre Bozec.

The Strategic Investment Fund of Gabon was advised by KGA with partners Georges Arama and Laurent Badiane.
