Gide, counsel to ENGIE on the sale of 70 sites to Icade Promotion, Brownfields and Aire Nouvelle

Gide has advised ENGIE on the sale of 70 sites representing 45 hectares of land in mainland France to Icade Promotion, Brownfields and Aire Nouvelle, Equans France's low-carbon real estate development subsidiary.

These sites are intended to be converted into housing, offices, businesses and retail outlets after rehabilitation.

Gide's team comprised partner Antoine Mary, working with counsel Pierre-Adrien Vibert and associate Candice Veroux on real estate financing aspects.
